Anyone who wishes to live with more clarity, calm, and purpose is welcome. You don’t need to have prior spiritual knowledge — just openness and sincerity.
Workshops usually include reflective talks, guided practices, meditations, and Q&A. You’ll also have simple exercises to integrate the insights into your everyday life.
All sessions are held live via Zoom. Recordings are shared after each session for those unable to attend live.
We host short themed workshops and multi-week journeys. Each session is about 60–90 minutes, depending on the topic.
Yes — Every workshop ends with time for open sharing or questions. For deeper one-on-one exploration, personal coaching is available.

Retreat

The Hridayam Retreat is an immersive 2–4 day journey into silence, reflection, and reconnection. It offers space to pause, breathe, and realign with what truly matters — away from the noise of daily life.

You’ll experience guided meditations, gentle discussions, reflective journaling, nature walks, and periods of silence. The approach is non-religious and heart-centered.

Retreats are hosted in serene, nature-rich settings across India — often near the hills, forests, or sea. Location details are shared upon registration.

Not at all. The retreat follows a light, mindful rhythm with nourishing vegetarian meals. It’s meant to rejuvenate you — not exhaust you.

Absolutely. The retreat is designed to be inclusive for both first-time participants and seasoned spiritual seekers.

1:1 Coaching

It’s a deeply personal and confidential space to explore your inner world — emotions, challenges, and spiritual questions — with gentle guidance rooted in timeless wisdom and self-inquiry.

While therapy focuses on healing the mind, Hridayam coaching looks at the mind and the deeper self. It blends psychological clarity with spiritual understanding — helping you see life from a space of awareness rather than conflict.

Anyone feeling anxious, lost, or spiritually curious. It’s equally helpful for those navigating emotional struggles or seeking to deepen their meditation and self-awareness practice.

Sessions are held online via video call. Each lasts about 60 minutes and is tailored entirely to your journey. You can choose between single sessions or a 4–6 week guided process.

Emotional imbalance, relationship challenges, lack of clarity or purpose, spiritual confusion, overthinking, or feeling disconnected from life — all can be explored compassionately in these sessions.

    Frequently Asked Questions
    Comfortable athletic wear, free of buttons, snaps, and zippers. The studio is co-ed so please dress accordingly. Baggy shorts should be avoided as we incorporate inversions and straddle stretches in our workouts. We require socks to be worn in our studios. Sticky bottom socks provide the best grip throughout a workout. If you do not own sticky socks, we have them for purchase at each studio location.
    You will find descriptions of each of our classes by hovering over the class type on the schedule page. In a nutshell, our classes are limited to 10 or less, and you will always use the spring driven equipment. Expect a lot of hands on and personal attention.
