Hridayam primarily offers spiritual retreats and online workshops. Therefore, most of our products are digital or service-based. However, in cases where physical materials (books, workbooks, or merchandise) are provided, the following shipping terms apply.

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive damaged goods or your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please notify us within 48 hours with proof (photos, order details). We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

Returns and Refunds (Physical Products)

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items, within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

No Shipping for Digital Products

Digital products (e.g., online workshops, meditations, or recordings) are delivered via email or secure login immediately after purchase — no physical shipping applies.
